Take a two-hour session on the flat, serene water in sunny San Pedro, California. You will learn everything you need to know about stand-up paddle boarding (SUP) including paddling, stroke technique, tips to maintain balance, turning and most importantly…how to deal with the wind.
Board and paddle will be provided. Swim trunks, sunblock, and a t-shirt are all you’ll need. When people think of San Pedro's waterfront, sometimes they think of cruise ships, oil tankers, and container ships. A lot of people don’t realize the most exclusive small boat marina in all of Los Angeles County is located right here in San Pedro — check out the photo of Wade and Krista paddling in the clean, calm, serene waters of Cabrillo Marina, where all of their lessons and rentals take place. Located less than a mile from Cabrillo Beach and less than two miles from Ports of Call, this is the ideal location to get in some exercise while you visit the South Bay!
Wade and his team are the premier SUP instructors.
All lessons are in groups of six or fewer per instructor and private lessons are also available.
